How to request

1. Email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in.
2. Say what to delete: your whole account, or only the data of a named Facebook Page or Instagram account.
3. Do not send passwords, tokens or card details.

No account, but you commented on a connected post? Include a link to that comment.

What happens next

• We verify your identity first and may ask for more details by email.
• We delete the account data AdViva holds within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
• Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay on the platform; you delete them there.
• Media uploaded for publishing may remain reachable at its link.

Remove Meta access

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (open it), select Viva Ads and remove it.

Removing access stops new access but does not delete data already stored. Send a request too if you want it deleted.
